What is your minimum order?

We now have NO minimum order value only  a minimum carriage charge of £5.95 on orders below £25, above which carraige is charged on a sliding scale

What credit or debit cards does Karina Krafts accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard and you can place orders by Telephone, Fax or E-Mail or Post and pay by Credit/Debit card or cheque made payable to Karina Krafts Ltd, alternatively go to our checkout and use our secure Sagepay method of payment.

Can my order be sent to an alternative address?

Yes, we will deliver to an alternative address providing the order value is less than £100. Please note any order above £100 will only be sent to the registered address of the cardholder.

Opening Hours ?

We are open to Trade customers between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays, outside these times by appointment only.
