Acceptance of Orders

Once payment has been received and all details have been verified and checked, the company will despatch all items in stock within 5 to 7 working days. Any items out of stock will normally be despatched within 7 to 14 working days. We will let you know by e-mail once your order has been despatched. Please note that ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

All our products are displayed and described as accurately as possible, however colours and images will vary slightly depending on your monitor and browser. We have tried to show as many measurements as possible in the product descriptions but please bear in mind these are approximate.

If for circumstances beyond the company's control the ordered goods cannot be supplied, the comapany reserve the right to cancel any order. In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations :

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch without cost. However if we have received cleared payment we will deduct 25% as an administration charge.

Returns :

Please ensure that all your goods are thoroughly checked upon arrival as it may affect your rights a later stage.

The company appreciates that there will be times, when you need to return damaged or faulty items that you have purchased from us, for either an exchange or refund. Our policy is very clear and is stated below and will meet with any obligations under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Before any goods can be returned you must notify the company in writing and obtain a returns number. Each case will be treated individually, at the discretion of the company, and there maybe a restocking fee of 25%.

If any product arrives damaged then you must contact us in writing within 2 days of receipt clearly stating the condition of the product.

If any product is found to be faulty or defective it can be returned, subject to obtanning a returns number first.

The company will not be liable for any short delivery, unless advised in writing with in 2 days of delivery. The company shall not be liable for any non-delivery unless advised in writing within 14 days of date of invoice.

For your own protection ensure returned items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or equivalent quoting your returns number. This cost is to be borne by the customer and may be refunded after investigation of the fault or damage.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
